Massage Services
Our massage services are aimed at reducing stress, fighting fatigue, relaxing muscles, and increasing flexibility in your body. Reflexology and Shiatsu massage is also available and does wonders on your neck, shoulders, and back. Treatments are usually 1-hour sessions, and depending upon your needs frequency can be a few times a week, to just once a week. We recommend weekly sessions to keep your body in the best form and to assist in calming not only your muscles, but your mind. We currently work with 2 experienced and qualified massage therapists and recommend calling a week in advance to schedule your appointment at our studio.
